Most CAVA calculators treat protein, carbs, and fat as three lines buried in a bigger nutrition list. This one is built around the split itself — grams and percentages, updating live as you build.
Add your ingredients below and watch the percentages move.
Calories tell you how much you're eating. The protein/carb/fat split tells you what it's made of — which is the number that actually matters for IIFYM, keto, or any goal-based way of eating. This tool reports both, as grams and as a percentage of your total calories, for anything on the CAVA menu.
Your bowl is empty. Search and add items above.
CAVA doesn't market itself as a macro-tracking chain, but because every bowl is assembled from separate components, the split is entirely in your hands. Stack the wrong five choices and you can end up over 60% fat by calories; stack a different five and you're a third carbs instead. Nothing about the restaurant forces either outcome — it's purely a function of what you add.
Four decisions do most of the work:
For the complete nutrition panel on any single item — not just the three macros — the full CAVA menu with nutrition facts has every metric.
The same figures the calculator above uses, grouped so you can see which choices push your split in which direction.

Each row swaps one item for another and holds everything else in the bowl constant — the deltas are the isolated effect of that single change.
Search for each ingredient you're ordering, base through dressing, and add it to the list.
Bump any item to a half or double portion so the totals reflect what you're actually eating, not a default serving.
Protein, carbs, and fat appear as both grams and live percentages, with AI notes on how to nudge the balance.
Protein and carbohydrates each carry 4 calories per gram; fat carries 9. Each macro's grams get multiplied by its calorie factor, and each of those three results is divided by the combined total:
Macro % = (grams × cal-per-gram) ÷ total macro calories × 100
Every gram figure traces back to CAVA's own published nutrition data, scaled by whatever portion multiplier you choose (0.5x up to 2x per item). Add or remove anything and the percentages recalculate immediately.
Restaurant nutrition labels are legally allowed to vary by up to ±20%from the posted figure under FDA rules, since the person assembling your bowl isn't weighing every scoop. Use this split as a reliable planning number based on CAVA's published data — not a certified measurement of the specific bowl someone hands you.
Need just one number instead of the full three-way breakdown? The calorie calculator and the protein calculator run on the same data with a narrower focus, and the full nutrition calculator covers all 11 metrics, sodium, fiber, and sugar included.
